New Model Shelving
What are Pallet Racking Shelves?
In today's technology and industrial revolution, to meet all new and different demands, there is a rapid progress in the production of products, parts, and assemblies, as well as in the number of support materials. The production of these ever-increasing numbers of materials is an increasing and more effective storage method in production distributions, including the storage capabilities of light and manually loadable materials, and second-hand heavy shelving systems become a result of these needs.
Double Deep Racking Shelves
It ranks first among the oldest and still frequently preferred models today. Second-hand heavy shelving systems and pallet racks are frequently used in all transport areas. Furthermore, with aisle lengths of 15 to 30 sections, they are utilized by connecting to prefabricated upright frames, creating independent and multi-level storage on both sides of an aisle, and are also utilized with cross traffic routes. These rack models are frequently used in recent years as another variation of standard selective racks compared to second-hand heavy shelving systems and models. Double-row racking shelves, on the other hand, move both of their rows together and put these double-deep systems equipped with a clamp forklift into service, halving the number of aisles in a distribution center. With these systems, the density of more loads decreases, resulting in a decrease in load selectivity, and the back row of pallets and loads is obscured by the front pallets.
